1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU Legal Requirement)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Return Policy (15 Days – Commercial Policy)
In addition to the legal right above, GlowBlaster offers a 15-day return period for all customers worldwide from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The item must be new, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
All original tags and packaging must be intact
A proof of purchase or receipt is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Extended Return Policy (Up to 30 Days)
GlowBlaster offers an extended commercial return period of up to 30 days from delivery.
Conditions
The product must be unused and unopened
It must remain in perfect condition with sealed original packaging
A proof of purchase is required
This extended policy is provided voluntarily and may be revoked or modified at any time.
⛔ After 30 days, returns and refunds are no longer accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable:
Digital products (including downloadable files such as PDFs)
This applies whether the file has been downloaded or accessed or not.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require photographic or video evidence.
In these cases:
GlowBlaster will cover return shipping costs
You may choose between:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GlowBlaster is not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
