Shipping policy

At GlowBlaster, we work to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, in accordance with the applicable legal and commercial standards in each country.


Order Processing

All orders placed through our online store are processed and prepared within a maximum of 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding local and national public holidays in Spain).

In the event of delays caused by force majeure (such as strikes, logistical incidents, unusually high demand, or other extraordinary circumstances), the customer will be notified by email and may choose to:

  • Wait for the shipment
  • Modify the order
  • Cancel the order without penalty

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

The estimated delivery time is up to 9 business days once the order preparation process has been completed.

Estimated total time from purchase:
Up to 13 business days (4 days for preparation + 9 days for shipping).

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number.

Shipping origin: Barcelona, Spain.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country and the type of product purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Carriers

We work with trusted international logistics partners.

Although customers cannot select a specific shipping carrier, we guarantee:

  • Secure delivery
  • Tracking availability

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

GlowBlaster is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Undelivered Orders or Lost Packages

If an order has not been delivered within 20 business days after shipment, the customer must contact us to initiate a claim:

Once the issue has been verified with the shipping carrier, we will offer the customer, according to their preference:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund of the order,

provided that no negligence by the recipient is demonstrated.


Exceptional Delays

During periods of high demand (such as promotional campaigns, special releases, or the holiday season), delivery times may be affected.

In such cases, we will clearly inform customers of any potential delays before the purchase is completed.
